Program Manager

IOP is seeking a Program Manager to support one of our federal programs. Serve as IOP's senior leader responsible for successful execution of the CS-OPS program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direction, administration, quality assurance and leadership across all contract activities.
- Manage staffing, transition, subcontractor integration, schedule, risk, quality, performance and deliverables.
- Serve as primary management interface with the COR, GPM, GTMs and other Government stakeholders.
- Oversee the MIPPS, project plans, weekly/monthly reporting, program reviews and corrective actions.
Required Skills:
- Federal program/project management.
- Management of multidisciplinary professional and technical teams.
- At least 3 years of Federal Financial Management experience.
- Program planning, scheduling, risk management and quality management.
- Management of deliverables, staffing, subcontractors and contract performance.
- Executive-level customer communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience developing/managing integrated master schedules and project plans.
- Ability to manage a Firm-Fixed-Price environment with significant recurring deliverables.
- Financial and Accounting Shared Services.
- Federal cost accounting or financial analytics.
- Transition of incumbent Federal programs.
- Experience managing IT systems/tool O&M in conjunction with business operations.
Location & Work Requirements
- Candidates must be local to the Washington, DC metropolitan area and prepared to work onsite as needed based on business requirements.
- U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
- This position is contingent upon contract award.
