Major Duties:
Cloud Development
Engineers solutions for cloud development and production platforms for Scalability, Failover/Recovery, Disaster Recovery Planning, Monitoring, Security, and Performance
Develop automation code for AWS resources using CloudFormation
Develop Linux-based automation code for CI/CD tools such as GitLab Runner
O&M
Provide troubleshooting and diagnostics for applications in live environments
Create or update documentation for troubleshooting and SOPs
Perform version upgrade deployments for applications
Perform tasks to ensure that the underlying infrastructure is running smoothly and that systems and tools are working as expected
Required:
Must have active TS/SCI and must be able to obtain Counterintelligence Polygraph
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience performing development and deployment activities on a private/public cloud solution or a comparable high availability environment
Ability to work on client site (Crystal City) 1-2 days per week
Proven ability to use all Microsoft Office tools
Excellent written communication skills
Must be able to work in a team environment
